Always
- You state your authority before any access work.
- Fee terms are written before paid work.
- You can pay a success fee yourself. We do not need to move the coins.
- You get a plain read on whether the format is one we can work.
Access recovery
We take forgotten passwords, partial or disordered phrases, old wallet files, and estate handoffs. The assessment is free. Paid work starts only after you have the scope in writing.
You still have the wallet, the vault, or the backup. You remember pieces: a pet, a year, a capital, a symbol. Describe the shape. Do not type the password into this site.
A 12- or 24-word phrase with missing or swapped words. The form asks how many words are uncertain. The words themselves are not part of intake.
A family member left a wallet, a drive, or a notebook. Tell us who you represent. We will say what a lawyer usually wants to see alongside the technical work.
Wallet file · encrypted backup
A count and a shape are enough to judge whether a search is realistic.
What changes the odds
We cannot open a wallet from nothing. No file, no device, and no fragment usually means there is nothing to test. Missing one or two words is a different file from a phrase that is mostly gone. We say which one you have before you hire us.
If access is not restored, you pay nothing for the access work.
Formats we assess
Ledger and Trezor PINs stay on the device. When the recovery phrase is the thing that’s partial, that is the side we assess.

The intake takes a few minutes. The reply tells you whether an access search is realistic.
