CryptoRecovery Cloud is the desk at cryptorecovery.cloud. Questions about this notice go to privacy@cryptorecovery.cloud.
The case form
The form runs in your browser. It does not post your answers to a server on this site. When you finish, it prepares a brief and a mailto link to cases@cryptorecovery.cloud. We receive the file only if you send that email.
While you are filling the form, a draft is kept in this browser’s session storage so a refresh does not wipe it. That draft is removed when the brief is prepared. Closing the browser ends the session storage as well.
What not to send
Do not include a seed phrase, a private key, or a wallet password. The form blocks the patterns it can recognize. A transaction hash or a public address is the right kind of reference.
Mail you send to cases@, support@, or privacy@cryptorecovery.cloud is read so we can reply and, if you hired us, do the work. We keep case correspondence for as long as the file needs it, and then delete it on request where we are free to do so.
This website
The typeface is loaded from Google Fonts. We do not run advertising pixels or a tag manager on this site. Hosting logs may record the usual technical data a web server keeps, such as an IP address and the page requested.
Your requests
Write to privacy@cryptorecovery.cloud to ask what we hold from your emails, or to ask us to delete a case that has not moved into paid work.
