About

Locked wallets.
Moved funds.

CryptoRecovery Cloud is a desk for those two problems. cryptorecovery.cloud is its home. The work is non-custodial, and the intake form is built so a secret never has to cross it.

01

Authority first

Access work proceeds for the owner, an estate representative, counsel, or the compliance team on the file. We ask which one you are before we begin.

02

Secrets stay off the form

A count of missing words is enough to open the file. Passwords, seed phrases, and private keys are refused by the form if they are pasted in.

03

No custody required

We do not ask you to send coins to start. A success fee on an access case can be paid by you. A trace ends as a document.

04

No reversal theatre

A confirmed transfer is final on the network. We will not pretend otherwise, and we will not offer to “hack back” a thief.

05

Public numbers stay labeled

Hack statistics on this site are cited research, mainly from Global Ledger. They are not our casebook, and they are not a recovery rate.

06

Scope before a fee

You see what is realistic, and what the fee would be, before paid work. If an access search fails, that fee is not due.

Who writes in

People with a file, not a hunch.

Individuals and estates

A wallet you funded, a phrase with holes in it, or a drive a relative left behind.

Counsel and compliance

A theft, a misdirected payment, or a source-of-funds question that needs a hop list someone else can audit.

CryptoRecovery Cloud is an access-recovery and tracing desk. Legal advice stays with your lawyer. We are not a bank, an exchange, or a law-enforcement agency.
