Crypto scam recovery · free to start

Scammed, stolen, or locked out.
Tell us. We’ll help.

A fake investment, a romance scam, a wallet that was emptied, or crypto you can no longer reach. You don’t need the technical words. Describe what happened, and we’ll tell you honestly what can still be done.

  • No recovery phrase
  • No crypto sent to start
  • A real reply by email

An illustration of the message people hope to see. We say clearly when getting funds back is realistic, and when it is not.

Networks we work with: Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, Tron, Solana, BNB Chain, Polygon, Arbitrum, Base, Avalanche, Litecoin, and TON.

Crypto scam recovery

If someone talked you out of your crypto, you are not stuck with the jargon.

Most people who write to us were persuaded to send money, or opened their phone and found the balance gone. Both are cases we read every day.

  • Fake investment and trading sites that kept asking for “one more deposit”
  • Romance scams and people posing as support or the police
  • A link, a QR code, or a fake app that emptied the wallet
  • Money taken and moved on without your permission

A sent transfer cannot be undone. What we can do is follow where it went and prepare a report an exchange, the police, or your lawyer can use. If that door is already closed, we tell you before you pay anything.

You’re safe with us

Six promises, in writing.

If you’ve been scammed once, trusting anyone again is hard. So here is exactly what we will and won’t do.

  • We never ask for your recovery phrase.

Our form blocks it. If anyone asks for your 12 or 24 words, walk away.

  • We never ask you to send crypto upfront.

The case review is free. No “release fee,” “tax,” or “unlock fee,” ever.

  • No fee if we can’t get you back in.

For locked wallets you pay only on success, at a price agreed before we start.

  • Your crypto never leaves your wallet.

We don’t hold your coins. You can pay any fee yourself.

  • An honest answer, even if it’s no.

If your case isn’t realistic, we say so before you spend anything.

  • We never contact you first.

Real emails only come from @cryptorecovery.cloud.

The second scam is a fake “recovery” company.

Scammers often target victims again, posing as recovery experts. These are the warning signs. We do none of them.

  • They message you first on social media, Telegram, or WhatsApp.
  • They want a fee in crypto before doing anything.
  • They ask for your recovery phrase or to “connect” your wallet.
  • They promise 100% recovery or say they can “hack back.”
  • They claim the blockchain can be reversed.

Stolen and illicit transfers

Taken crypto does not vanish. It moves, and movement can be followed.

People who steal crypto usually need a company, an app, or a cash-out point to spend it. When we can show that path clearly, the company, the police, or your lawyer has something to act on.

Bring whatever you still have: a screenshot, a payment link, a chat, the name of the app. Do not send passwords or the 12 or 24 words. The form will stop you if you try.

Lost crypto

Forgot the password, lost the words, or the phone is in a drawer.

“It was my dog’s name and a year.” “I still have the old laptop.” “Most of the words are in a notebook, a few are wrong.” That is enough to start. We never ask you to type the words into this website.

  • A wallet you can’t open, on a phone or computer you still have
  • Some of the recovery words missing or out of order
  • An old backup, a notebook, or a device someone left behind

Why writing today helps

Stolen crypto gets moved quickly. A clear story helps.

Published industry research from Global Ledger, not CryptoRecovery Cloud results.

76%

Moved before the hack was public

In a 2025 study of 255 hacks, stolen funds moved before anyone announced the theft.

In late 2025, laundering slowed to around 10.6 days. That is a real window for exchanges to act.

Free transaction trace

Paste the transaction. See every hop, and where it sits now.

If you were scammed or your crypto was taken, start with the transaction from your app or exchange. We follow the largest move across Bitcoin, Ethereum, or Tron and show the address at the end of that path.

Public ledger data only. No recovery phrase. A busy address or a split can stop the free path short of a full investigation. Open the trace page.

Questions

Straight answers about crypto recovery.

Can I recover crypto if I forgot my recovery phrase?

Often, yes, if you still have part of the phrase, the wallet file, or a device where the wallet is still installed. Missing one or two words is usually workable. Tell us how many words are missing, never the words themselves. If nothing at all survives, there is nothing to test, and we will tell you that honestly.

Can stolen crypto be recovered?

Sometimes. A blockchain transfer cannot be reversed, but stolen funds often pass through exchanges that can freeze accounts when they receive a clear, documented report. We trace where the funds went and prepare that report for the exchange, the police, or your lawyer. We will not promise a result that depends on a third party.

I was scammed. What should I do first?

Stop sending money, including any fee to release or unlock funds. Save wallet addresses, transaction IDs, screenshots, and chats. Report it to the police and to the exchange you used. Then open a case with us. Time matters because stolen funds move quickly.

Do you need my seed phrase or private key?

No. Our case form refuses seed phrases and private keys. We only ask for public information like wallet addresses and transaction IDs, plus a count of missing words if your phrase is incomplete.

How do I know you’re not a recovery scam?

We never contact you first, never ask for crypto upfront, never ask for your full recovery phrase, and never guarantee to reverse a blockchain transfer. Our emails only come from addresses ending in @cryptorecovery.cloud.

How much does crypto recovery cost?

The case review is free. Wallet access recovery is a success fee agreed in writing before work starts, and you pay nothing if access is not restored. Tracing and monitoring are quoted after the free review.

Do you hold or move my coins?

No. Your crypto stays in your wallet. You can pay any success fee yourself, so we never need to touch your balance.
