Method

From intake
to a deliverable.

Every case starts the same way and then splits. Access work ends in a wallet you can open. A trace ends in a document someone else can read.

  1. 01

    Open the file

Four questions: the kind of matter, the asset, what you can already show, and how to reach you. The form opens a draft to cases@cryptorecovery.cloud from your own email. New cases are read daily. Theft files go first.

  2. 02

    Get an honest read

Before paid work you receive a scope: what we think is possible, what is not, and how a fee would be shaped. Access recovery is a success fee, due only if access is restored. Tracing and watches are quoted. The assessment itself is free.

  3. 03

    Do the work

On an access file we search from the fragments and the wallet format you authorized us to use. On a theft or source-of-funds file we write each hop, including both sides of a bridge. If a backup file is required, that channel is agreed after intake, not inside the public form.

  4. 04

    Deliver

Access cases return the means of opening the wallet to you. You pay the agreed fee yourself if you prefer we never touch the balance. Trace cases return a written file you can share with an exchange, an insurer, or counsel. Admissibility depends on the forum and on how the material was collected.

Useful to include

  • Wallet software, or the name of the exchange.
  • The shape of a password: a pet plus a year, not the password.
  • How many seed words are missing.
  • A public address or a transaction hash.
  • The rough date and the amount band.
  • A police or counsel reference, if one exists.

Leave out of the form

  • The seed words, in any order.
  • Private keys and wallet passwords.
  • Screenshots of a seed card.
  • A request that we “hack back” a thief.

Start

The first reply is the scope.

You will know what we can and cannot do before any fee is agreed.
