These terms cover the website cryptorecovery.cloud and the act of opening a case. A paid engagement is covered by the scope we send you before that work starts. Questions go to support@cryptorecovery.cloud.
What the desk does
CryptoRecovery Cloud assesses and, where agreed, performs access recovery for wallets the client is authorized to open, and prepares traces and watches for funds the client is authorized to investigate. Submitting the form is free and does not hire us.
Authority
You confirm that you own the wallet or the funds, or that you represent the estate, the client, or the compliance team responsible for the file. We can refuse a case we are not satisfied is authorized.
What we do not promise
- We do not reverse a confirmed blockchain transfer.
- We do not recover coins by taking them back from a third party.
- We do not guarantee that an access search will succeed.
- We are not your lawyer, your bank, your exchange, or the police.
Fees
Access recovery, when it is offered, is a success fee agreed in writing before paid work and due only if access is restored. Tracing and monitoring are quoted after assessment. You will see the number before you agree.

Research citations
Statistics attributed to Global Ledger or to news coverage of that research remain their figures. They describe the public record, not our results.
